Outline:
1 / A little about your upbringing.
Grew up in East Texas. Only child to a single father. Carefully walked the art kid/athlete tightrope. Met high school sweetheart. Fell in love. Fished. Worked. Set dreams of becoming a plumber and living on the lake aside and followed her to college.

2 / A little about your formative years.
Took art kid/athlete mindset and went for the most competitive program at UNT, Communication Design. Learned to love music in Denton. Learned to love design. Learned to love writing. Built a book. Left a little early.

3 / A little about your career.
Worked in identity shops. Then a big architecture firm. Moved to Philly and worked with small shop doing big work for big brands. Branded some credit cards. Some music festivals. Some hotels. Some restaurants. Sold some cell phones. Built some apps. Learned to love classic movies. Then 160over90. Pro sports, universities, combat sports, social media networks, grocery stores, and building teams.

4 / A little about your beliefs.
People matter. Black lives matter. Trans lives matter. Mental health matters. Ideas matter. Cocktails are better when you make them. Food is better when you cook it. Creativity is at its most fun & effective when it’s an expression of lived experience. Big Trouble in Little China is the best movie of all time. Companies are at their best when they celebrate people. Money really can solve problems. Not every problem needs fixing. It’s better to make dumb things than boring things. The truth is out there. But fun is a lot easier to find.
